So, this is a nespole, a nespole tree and Sarah. I’d never heard of nespole before but the Noto farm had heaps of these trees with heaps of fruit and they taste great! They’re a bit like an apricot in size and texture with 2-4 small pips inside. We learnt a few different eating techniques, below Sarah demonstrates the most efficient method.
